Sprint Zero

Each project should start with all-around preparations. The Sprint Zero step is the project’s foundation: building forms, calculating the budget, drawing a concept of the finished product, and discussing all the details.

Briefing & Brainstorming

Research

The research stage gives us all the required information about the niche and competitors, user needs, and specific requests. In addition, it highlights features needed for MVP and subsequent product versions.

Prototyping & Design

In the design creation process, we focus on the users as it is the only way to get their love and sympathy for the product. Modern solutions and user-friendly design will give them the best experience possible.

Conceptualization

Our first task is to organize all the requirements and understand what kind of product you want to receive. We research your market space and analyze your competitors and their products. At this stage, our goal is to build a core of future design decisions.

Customer journey mapping

Customer journey mapping allows us to identify your users' needs, wants, objections, and concerns as they interact with your product. The result is a customer journey map — a visual representation of the user’s path to accomplishing their specific goal.

Customer development

We validate your product vision and our design ideas with your target audience at this stage. We use Jobs To Be Done as a framework for customer development. After defining what «jobs» your product seeks to accomplish, we prepare the questions and run interviews with your users.

User flows

When we know your users and their goals, we can define the steps your users need to take to achieve their goals. User flows are diagrams that give you a bird’s-eye view of the product. They help us define the number of screens we need, their order, and what components we need on each screen.

Wireframing / Prototyping

The process includes the following steps: Sketch → Wireframe → Prototype. A wireframe is a low-fidelity mock-up that gives you a sense of the layout and structure of the screen. A prototype is a more detailed design model of future applications. It’s as close to your final product as possible.

UI design

User interface design stands for creating the look and feel of your product. We focus on clean UIs that don’t distract users from completing their goals. Instead, we use mood boards to communicate our visual ideas and agree on the concept in terms of colors, fonts, and other visual elements with you.
